Riyadh - Mubasher: Alamar Foods Company received notification on 10 September 2026 regarding a planned transfer of shares by its major shareholder, Abdulaziz Al Jammaz and Brothers Company.
The shareholder, which currently holds a 57.61% stake in the company, intends to transfer 435,000 shares to Al Jazl Investment Company.
Al Jazl Investment is a single-member firm owned by the Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al Jammaz Sons Endowment, a charitable entity.
According to the disclosure, the transfer will be executed as a gift without any financial consideration.
The transaction will result in a change to the total number of shares held by Al Jammaz in Alamar Foods.
The company confirmed that ownership data on the Saudi Exchange website will be updated in accordance with relevant regulations and instructions following the completion of the transfer.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, Alamar Foods logged net profits valued at SAR 17.86 million, an annual rise of 23.84% from SAR 14.42 million.
